Cultivated with Care: Vegetables, Herbs & Flowers from Local Partners

What We Grow: Herbs, Flowers & Seasonal Vegetables

From the fields of Mae Wang to the gardens near our restaurant in Mae Rim, we work with local farmers and community groups who share our passion for sustainable, chemical-free cultivation.

A Bounty of Vegetables

Our seasonal vegetables—such as long beans, tomatoes, eggplants, bitter gourds, and organic onions—are grown without chemicals. Every leaf, pod, and root is harvested at its peak, delivering deep flavor and high nutrition.

Flowers with Purpose

We use hand-harvested lotus and elderflowers not only for their beauty, but also as ingredients in food and drinks. These edible blooms embody the harmony between tradition and nature in Thai agriculture.

Heritage Herbs

Our lavender, sage, and other culinary and aromatic herbs are grown naturally, without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides. These herbs are hand-picked and used fresh in our dishes, teas, and wellness recipes.
